Welcome to HustleClickGH. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: HustleClickGH, the survey platform accessible at hustleclickgh.com.
  • Registered User: An individual who signs up to answer public surveys and earn rewards.
  • Business: A company or organization that posts surveys on the platform.
  • Customer: An individual responding to a private survey shared by a Business.
  • Survey: A set of questions posted on the platform, either public or private.

2. General Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or responding to surveys.
  • Unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts is prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Registered Users

  • Registered Users may participate in public surveys and earn rewards ranging from 1-3 GHC per survey, depending on survey length and complexity.
  • Earnings can be withdrawn to Mobile Money (MoMo) after submitting a withdrawal request, subject to a minimum balance of 5 GHC.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days, subject to verification.
  • The Platform is not responsible for fees charged by MoMo or other payment providers.
  • Fraudulent activity, such as multiple accounts or false responses, will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Businesses

  • Businesses may post public or private surveys, subject to the pricing outlined in the Pricing section.
  • Private surveys generate unique links and tokens for secure sharing with Customers via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Businesses are responsible for ensuring survey content complies with applicable laws and does not contain offensive or illegal material.
  • Responses to private surveys are accessible only to the Business using the survey ID and unique token.
  • The Platform is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of survey responses.

5. Data Privacy

  • The Platform collects personal data (e.g., names, contact details) as necessary to operate the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Registered Users’ and Customers’ responses are stored securely and shared only with the Business that posted the survey.
  • Businesses must handle response data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., Ghana Data Protection Act).
  • The Platform uses encryption and secure tokens to protect private survey data.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by HustleClickGH or its licensors.
  • Users and Businesses may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
  • Survey content posted by Businesses remains their property, but they grant the Platform a license to host and display it.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • HustleClickGH is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including data loss or service interruptions.
  • The Platform is not responsible for disputes between Businesses and their Customers.

8. Changes to Terms

HustleClickGH may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users and Businesses will be notified of changes via email or the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
